We want you to love your home essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all home decor and furniture items are in their original packaging and unused condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare Your Package
Safely pack the items in their original Gardma boxes, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
